Insiders Guide to Business Analysis is available again!

I`m pleased to announce the  website redesign has been completed.

It should be much easier for you to use with the information grouped into the following categories:

This covers the basics on what it means to be a business analyst. It also includes introductory articles to requirements engineering, use cases and process modelling.

Some guidance on how to enter the profession – most of this is already contained in my eBook!

Explore this area for a wide array of techniques for business analysis from introductions to more advanced.

Do you want to progress your career? If so, explore this area for articles on mentoring, trends in business analysis and more.

The overall design is much less cluttered with the important information displayed more clearly and navigation is much clearer.

You will also be available to start the Insiders Guide to Core Techniques for Successful Business Analysis e-Learning .
For those of you who missed this, I made it available for free in January of this year and it proved massively popular. I had to close the classes when I had reached 180 students.

I have improved this in a couple of ways:

It is no longer a scheduled class so you can sign up and start immediately
The design is clear and it is much easier to navigate through the course at your own pace

You can find more details and start the class here

Hey Alex, just received you invite to the website. Good stuff. I really need some advice on bridging the gap at my current job as a BA. Any time you can offer for a personal discussion would be great. Thanks
